Those scores give you an idea of the difficulty of the course. Roland, Andrew, Ian and James played off the back tees, slope 140, while the slope off the blues was 139 and Muriel got 28 strokes.
Everybody thought, however, that the course was really beautiful and in the summer, with dryer fairways and more roll, it would be a bit easier.
So, altogether a pretty good weekend and very welcome participation of the Irish connection, Mary and Catherine.
